About the author

Mohammed Sajid Khan is a mechanical engineer by profession, with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a lifelong student of Arabic grammar for the sake of understanding the Qur'an.

He studied the classical grammar texts with several teachers and continued through many years of independent study, and he writes so that English-speaking readers can work through the same texts without the barrier of an unfamiliar method.

His most widely read books are Arabic Grammar for Beginners with Transliteration and Nahw Meer: An English Guide to Arabic Sentences. He is also the author of Atheism, Polytheism and Islam, Life, Death and Beyond in Islam, a Sarf and Nahw analysis of the first fifty ayahs of Surah Al-An'am, and several works on the Sunnah in English, Urdu and Arabic.
